Meidyah Indreswari MSc, PhD, CA, CPMA , CRMA , CFrA
With a Ph.D. from Massey University, New Zealand, an M.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Indonesia, Indonesia, Meidyah Indreswari has a strong academic foundation. In terms of professional experience, she is currently serving as a Member of the Integrated Governance Committee and the Risk Monitoring Committee at PT PNM, roles she has held since 2024 and 2023, respectively. Additionally, she has been an Expert Advisor at the Land Bank Agency since 2022 and previously served as an Independent Commissioner at PT PNM from 2013 to 2023.
She also held several key positions at BPKP, including Deputy Head for State Accountants in 2017, Principal Secretary from 2013 to 2017, Head of the Education and Training Center from 2010 to 2013, Head of the Jakarta Regional Office from 2008 to 2010, and Head of the Research and Development Center from 2006 to 2008.
Dr. Nurdin, MBA, Ak., CA, CFrA.
He is an Indonesian citizen residing in Bekasi, Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara, Jakarta (1988), an MBA from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax (1993), and a Doctorate from Padjadjaran University, Bandung (2016).
Currently, he is a member of the Audit Committee for the Ministry of Transportation of Indonesia and PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk. He served as Commissioner of PT PINDAD (Persero) from 2017 to 2021 and spent over 38 years at the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP RI), culminating as Deputy Head for Supervision of Economic and Maritime Affairs until 2019.
